Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, subject to product availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day. After processing, delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. Please note that shipments may be delayed due to server issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Refund/Exchange Policy

All items are final sale (NO REFUNDS). You may exchange only if item is unopened and not used!! Your satisfaction is our top priority. You may request a refund or reshipment if you receive the wrong item or if the product is damaged and unusable. However, if items are returned due to issues such as "insufficient address," "address unknown," or "no such address," which result from customer error, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to resend the order.
